Overview:
Dataflix is looking to hire a Sr. Technical Program Manager with solid background in the BA role. A Self-motivated leader with experience delivering results on complex challenges involving cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
⦁ Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans and schedules for a portfolio of cross functional software projects.
⦁ Develop project scopes, detailed project plan to track progress and objectives.
⦁ Manage internal stakeholders to deliver digital solution on time and in good quality.
⦁ Delivering programs on time, within budget and scope, escalating when necessary.
⦁ Develop and standardize business process and digital capability to track portfolio performance.
⦁ Ensure success by measuring critical milestones and committed benefits.
⦁ Proactively provide feedback and advice towards program management best practices.
⦁ Regularly report the status of all programs, progress vs. plan, risks and issues to internal business stakeholder.
⦁ Maintain relationships and communication with all key stakeholders - set and manage customer expectations.
⦁ Oversee agile development processes to deliver incremental value to the business functions.
⦁ Track and report on key project metrics related to budget, timeline, resourcing, risks and issues.
Requirements:
⦁ 5+ years managing large-scale software engineering projects and programs.
⦁ Strong experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP systems and business fundamentals.
⦁ Familiar with the order-to-cash business cycle.
⦁ Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the typical change management processes.
⦁ Experience with leading and executing QA and UAT.
⦁ Experience with Confluence, Jira Board, ServiceDesk, and the equivalent.
⦁ Attention to details and good verbal and written communications are must-have requirements.
⦁ Fast learner to immediate start on the in-flight manufacturing and P&L automation projects.
⦁ Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA.
⦁ Experience overseeing technology initiatives from conception to launch.
⦁ Expertise working in a fast-paced technology company environment, dealing with business processes.
⦁ Understanding of the importance of change management, digital adoption, and cost & benefit analysis.
⦁ Well versed in MSFT suite, Jira, ServiceDesk, Visio, and other critical applications.
