Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for the engineering, development and delivery of automation solutions for new and existing business automation solutions. Manage and implement technology and creative business solutions across the RPA spectrum and new emerging tools.
Responsibilities:
- Architecture experience of RPA implementation across multiple projects.
- Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and prioritize proposed solutions.
- Participate in process reviews to ensure the highest level of process design and process understanding prior to automation.
- Anticipate, identify, track and resolve technical issues and risks affecting delivery.
- Perform detailed estimations of proposed automation process opportunities.
- Define complexity of the process in terms of Robotic Process Automation delivery.
- Provide technical solutions, effort estimation, define delivery strategy and plans.
- Experience of both front office and back office automation using RPA tools and other third automation solutions.
- Maintain expert working knowledge of current state software development tools and methods, software testing methodologies, and research emerging trends in application product development space.
- Create test cases and perform user approval testing for new Applications / Application enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of business, computers, information systems or related degree.
- 7+ years relevant work experience in related functional role.
- Experience in any RPA technologies.
- API development experience.
- Development skills in Java, Python, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to track application projects from requirements to release, ensuring that underlying business requirements have been met.
- Experience in application design, architecture, development, and integration.
- Experience in other ADM methodologies (Waterfall, RAD/JAD, SCRUM, Agile, etc.).
- Experience in managing sourcing vendors, deliverables, and service delivery outcomes.
- Experience in managing SLA/service delivery metrics.
- Experience in managing interface development and package implementations, as well as enhancements and configurations to newly implemented applications.
