Overview
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Sr. Full Stack Developer with exposure to AI-powered applications who can design, build, and migrate modern web applications to cloud-native environments. This is not a support or maintenance role. You will be actively coding across the stack, contributing to architecture decisions, integrating third-party services, and working closely with delivery leads, DevOps, and clients to get production-ready systems live. We need someone practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations. You should be able to take ownership of features end to end, from requirements through production support.
Responsibilities
Hands-on application development
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using modern backend and frontend frameworks.
- Refactor and migrate existing applications from low-code or proprietary platforms into standard cloud-native stacks.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs to support multi-tenant enterprise applications.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend experiences, including customer-specific branding
Cloud and infrastructure collaboration
- Work with architects and DevOps teams to deploy applications on AWS using
- services such as Fargate, App Runner, Lambda, and RDS.
- Support CI/CD pipelines across Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
- Help ensure applications are designed for scalability, reliability, and maintainability in the cloud
AI and LLM integration
- Support production use of AI features not just prototypes or demos.
- Security and compliance support
- Implement authentication and authorization using Cognito or Auth0 with OIDC or SAML.
Support enterprise SSO integrations.
- Follow security best practices for data encryption, secrets management, and access controls.
- Build features that support compliance requirements such as audit logging and
- data privacy controls
Integrations
- Implement and maintain integrations with third-party platforms such as Stripe, Plaid, and procurement systems.
- Work with provided APIs and credentials to ensure secure and reliable integrations
Testing and release
- Participate in end-to-end testing, regression testing, and bug fixing
- Support production releases and post go-live stabilization
- Help troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments.
Collaboration and Delivery
- Work closely with delivery leads, QA, DevOps, and architects to align on scope
- and technical approach
- Participate in client discussions when needed to explain technical solutions

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in full stack application development.
- Strong experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, or similar languages.
- Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Hands-on experience deploying applications on AWS.
- Experience working with relational databases, including schema design and data migration.
- Exposure to AI or LLM-based application features in real projects.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and payment or financial systems.
- Understanding of security best practices for web applications.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
