Overview:
The Sr. Financial Analyst I will support financial planning & analysis function to the Business Innovation team. They will assist with investment, service pricing, and cost analysis to related service operation and CBU investments. The Sr. Financial Analyst I will lead the development of corporate financial reporting, e.g. comprehensive financial statements, including cashflow and ROI reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Forecasting monthly and cost and sales projections (30%): Support monthly Forecast, management reporting. Includes reconciliation of financial variances, preparation and review of monthly financial packages to support business goals and decisions.
- Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes (30%): Develop and maintain cost tracking processes to better capture and analyze cost and performance against plan.
- Develop financial models through process analysis (15%): Establishes clear and robust metrics to measure and evaluate business performance.
- Interact with managers on a daily basis and perform ad-hoc report on special projects (15%): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reports are aligned; analyze any variances. Provides decision support to senior management with ad-hoc analyses and report.

Requirements:
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced skills with MS Excel (able to develop macros).
- Basic knowledge of SAP preferred.
- CPA preferred.
- Korean English bilingual preferred.
