We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior NetSuite Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior NetSuite Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining NetSuite solutions to meet business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance NetSuite functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize NetSuite solutions to address business needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, scripts, and integrations to optimize system performance and usability.
- Develop SuiteScripts (SuiteScript 1.0 and SuiteScript 2.0) for customizations, automations, and enhancements.
- Implement and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and other integration tools.
- Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity within NetSuite.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated on NetSuite releases, features, and best practices to leverage new functionalities and enhance existing solutions.
- Document technical specifications, solution designs, and development activities for reference and knowledge sharing.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in NetSuite development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite development, with expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
- Proficient in customizing NetSuite workflows, forms, saved searches, and reports to meet business requirements.
- Hands-on experience with SuiteScript development (SuiteScript 1.0 and SuiteScript 2.0), including scripting APIs, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite data model, record types, and customization capabilities.
- Experience with NetSuite integrations using RESTlets, SOAP web services, and other integration tools.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS for frontend customization and web development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NetSuite certification(s) such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or Administrator.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC practices.
- Knowledge of related technologies such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, and eCommerce solutions.
