Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior MicroStrategy Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MicroStrategy solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in MicroStrategy development, data analysis, and business intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for BI solutions.
- Design and develop MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and cubes to support business needs.
- Optimize and tune MicroStrategy objects for improved performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with data architects and database developers to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data for reporting.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers on MicroStrategy best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MicroStrategy reports and dashboards.
- Stay updated on the latest MicroStrategy features and recommend their implementation to enhance BI capabilities.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote self-service BI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a MicroStrategy Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong proficiency in MicroStrategy tools, including MicroStrategy Developer, MicroStrategy Architect, and MicroStrategy Web.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Proficient in SQL and database concepts, with experience in optimizing SQL queries.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
