Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, India. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless customer and partner interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, a good understanding of Salesforce, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule calls with customers and partners, and maintain follow-up procedures to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
- Present demos and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Work with customer success managers to create and present sales proposals that align with our services.
- Generate comprehensive sales operations reports to provide insights into sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Proactively follow up with clients and partners on software renewals to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure continued service.
- Keep Salesforce data up to date and ensure the accuracy of the data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
- Proficiency Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly disciplined with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones (US, Mexico, India)
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales automation tools.
- Knowledge of the software industry and sales processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills.
