Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RPA Production Support Engineer with
hands-on experience in UiPath to join our automation team. The role primarily involves
monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting live automation processes (70%), along with
working on minor enhancements and updates to existing bots (30%).
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support RPA processes in the production environment to ensure stable
and reliable execution. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot failures, environment changes, and
exceptions. - Analyze incidents and work on root cause analysis to improve bot stability.
- Perform minor enhancements and modifications to existing workflows and processes.
- Work closely with RPA developers, business users, and infrastructure teams to
ensure timely resolution of production issues. - Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests using ITSM tools (like
ServiceNow, Jira, etc.). - Maintain production documentation and operational playbooks.
- Apply patches and perform version upgrades where necessary.
- Participate in deployment and release management activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in RPA support and development, primarily with UiPath.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Queues, Logs, and REFramework
- Experience in analysing and fixing exceptions, timeouts, and business rule validations.
- Basic understanding of .NET, VB.NET/C#, and LINQ for reading and editing existing
scripts. - Good understanding of version control systems (Git/TFS).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
