Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled RPA UiPath Lead/Architect to drive end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation workflows while leading a team of RPA developers. This role requires hands-on experience in UiPath, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Architect scalable and reusable automation frameworks that align with industry best practices.
- Perform feasibility analysis, process assessments, and automation strategy planning for various business processes.
- Develop and maintain UiPath Workflows, Orchestrator configurations, and reusable components.
- Ensure code quality, efficiency, and best practices in automation development.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with infrastructure, security, and governance policies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolutions for automation failures.
- Stay updated with the latest UiPath features, AI/ML integration, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RPA development and architecture, with UiPath as the primary tool.
- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation Hub.
- Experience in end-to-end automation development, including requirement gathering, process design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, Python, or SQL is preferred.
- Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, AI/ML models, and external systems.
- Knowledge of automation governance, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with process discovery, task mining, and citizen development strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
