Overview:
Dataflix, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Principal Engineer, Al to build Contact Center AI solutions using Dataflix ConverX Messenger and Google Dialog flow framework on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Responsibilities:
- Develop AI powered Chatbot and Virtual Assistant to automate repetitive and tedious tasks.
- Coordinate collection and review of business requirements.
- Design highly reliable and efficient end-to-end conversational chat flows.
- Implement chatbot integration with ConverX Messenger, a rich conversational UI for the chatbot. Also integrate the chatbot with other channels like SMS, Voice, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, WhatsApp for omnichannel conversational interfaces.
- Develop the application using Python and deploy it in Google Cloud Platform using Cloud Run and App Engine.
- Train, test and validate the Conversational AI continually to improve the experience of the users.
- Tune the ML model confidence score to provide the highest accuracy.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize the Google Cloud instances and the virtual agents on a daily basis. Contribute to the product development, functional design, prototyping and testing.
- Develop key metrics to analyze user conversations and gain insights from conversations with virtual agents. Schedule the big query jobs to generate reports daily.
- Create a sink to load the raw chatbot logs into the Big Query data warehouse and perform conversational analytics.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) field of study, plus at least one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s).
