Overview
HR Operations responsibilities include designing budgets, applying company policies and managing internal HR systems. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive HR experience in senior roles and good knowledge of Human Resources Management software. This role will ensure our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives
Responsibilities
- The professional will work on the New hire Process for Contract & Permanent hiring. Will be responsible for Final evaluations, Salary Negotiations, Onboarding & Orientation.
- Actively Maintain an Employee database. Accountable for Leave & Expense Management.
- Set up in place and manage a performance appraisal system that drives better outcomes and suggestable new salary structure.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Managing Performance evaluations, Employee Retention & Exit Process.
- Responsible for Employee engagement, welfare & support.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Should have experience on floating company activities on social sites and use social media platforms to conduct and fulfill HR activities.
Requirement:
- Proven working experience of at least 5+ years as a HR Professional.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Previous experience with HR metrics. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of Labor law and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
