Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Enterprise Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record of translating complex business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the Supply Chain and Finance domains, as you will be responsible for architecting enterprise-level solutions that drive efficiency, growth, and innovation. The Enterprise Architect will not only own the technical vision but also lead and mentor a dedicated team of Development and Quality Assurance professionals, ensuring the successful delivery and quality of all solutions.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture & Planning: Partner with key business stakeholders in Supply Chain and Finance to understand business goals, pain points, and future needs. Translate these requirements into a clear and actionable technical architecture roadmap.
- Solution Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of enterprise solutions, defining the technology stack, system components, integrations, and data flows. Ensure that all designs align with the overall enterprise architecture strategy.
- Automation & Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce manual, siloed solutions and architect automated, integrated systems that streamline business processes and improve data flow.
- Team Leadership: Own and manage the entire solution development lifecycle. This includes providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Dev and QA engineers, conducting code and design reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability.
- Technology & Governance: Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies. Evaluate new technologies and tools, making recommendations on their suitability for the enterprise landscape.
- Project Oversight: Serve as the primary technical owner for projects, ensuring that architectural decisions are executed correctly and that the final solution meets all business, performance, and security requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure smooth delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and architecture roles, with at least 5 years in an Enterprise Architect capacity.
- Extensive domain expertise in Supply Chain, including concepts such as Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), procurement, logistics, inventory management, and warehousing. A clear understanding of business challenges and technology solutions (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of Finance processes, including financial planning & analysis (FP&A), accounting, financial reporting, and compliance (e.g., SOX). Experience with financial management systems and planning software is required.
- Proven experience in leading and owning a team of development and quality assurance professionals.
- Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, design principles, and modern technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, microservices, data lakes).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
