Overview
We are looking for a Dell Boomi Developer / Support Engineer with 2–6 years of experience in integration development and production support. The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts and have hands-on experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Dell Boomi.
- Build and consume REST APIs and web services for system integrations.
- Create and maintain Boomi processes, connectors, and data mappings.
- Develop integration workflows between multiple enterprise applications.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment of integration solutions.
- Support and maintain existing Boomi integrations and enhance them when required.
- Monitor production integrations and resolve incidents or failures.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot integration issues.
- Handle support tickets, incident management, and system monitoring.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams for integration requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for integration development and support activities.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Dell Boomi Development and Support.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Strong understanding of system integrations and middleware concepts.
- Experience in data mapping, transformation, and API integrations.
- Knowledge of integration lifecycle, testing, and deployment.
- Experience in production support and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
