Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our sales team. The CSM will be responsible for pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships, overseeing delivery and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and value proposition to prospective clients. Tailor presentations to address client needs and highlight the benefits of our solutions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective clients through regular communication, follow-up, and relationship-building activities. Understand client pain points and challenges to position our products/services as solutions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize agreements, pricing, and terms. Overcome objections and address concerns to secure deals and achieve sales targets. Close sales in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to drive upsell opportunities and renewals. Provide exceptional customer service and support to build long-term partnerships and maximize client retention.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue performance using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.
- Delivery Oversight: Manage and oversee project delivery of all active projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure that all project deliverables are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, including persuasive presentation abilities and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a sense of urgency and initiative to drive sales initiatives forward.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
