Overview:
The ideal candidate will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules and communicate clearly with project stakeholders. He/She will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal teams and partners to develop optimal solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Ensure scope, schedule, and costs are reasonable and achievable.
- Provide consistent knowledge transfer to the Development Team to ensure that the project is within the timeline.
- Ensure all project documentation is updated and conveyed to relevant stakeholders on time.
- Identify project milestones, phases, and elements, and keep the team within timeline and budget
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications
- Develop organizational change management framework and conduct user acceptance testing
- Maintain automated system protocols by writing and updating procedures
- May create end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, and training materials) and deliver training
- Ability to coordinate with technical team and quality team to deliver business process enhancements
- Ability to write SQL queries to validate data in the back-end systems
- Strong desire to provide quality service
- Displays knowledge of the business and a comprehensive understanding of how systems relate to it
- Understand the software being used to run the business to be able to assist clients in resolving the most challenging problems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years experience in project management.
- Advanced time management and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Project and JIRA.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
