Overview:
The consultant will architect solutions to support growing business needs while thoroughly considering the system impact and lead the development of applications across multiple technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and address technical or operational risks and adhere to IT processes defined by management and ensure that developers and partners do the same.
- Develop a deep understanding of the systems, integrations and web services, write technical specifications, review project deliverables, mentor and oversee assigned developers, enforce coding standards and compliance with standards, and plan implementations.
- Drive the SDLC methodology by tracking the current tasks of the team members, and escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborates with the project manager to develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures for medium to large business unit level projects.
- Conduct design and code reviews with the vendor team and assume responsibility for acceptance of the solution prior to migrating into a Bluegreen environment.
- Effectively prevent outages and provide quick response to production support including some off-hours. Manage availability of Boomi and JMS environments to ensure data load SLA’s are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
- Hands on experience working in below Boomi Stack for at least 2 years on Integration and API Management ( Includes API gateway ).
- At least 2 years hands on experience working in SQL such that one can perform Construct SQL queries and Understand and construct Stored Procedures in T-SQL.
- Working experience with different integration patterns:
I Restful services ( We create and also consume )
II SOAP services ( We create, and also consume )
III File based integrations ( MFT is done by a separate Team )
IV Database integrations ( T-SQL, Oracle , DB2)
V Queue based integration ( Currently using Boomi’s Atom Queue). - Demonstrated successful working relationships with IT and Business customers.
