Overview:
We are looking to hire an Adobe campaign developer with overall accountability on adobe campaign platform to lead business requirement discussion with business stakeholders and relevant departments to understand the business requirements, design the business solutions and map them to technical functionalities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering, analysis, translate, design & documenting business requirements into appropriate business requirement document & detailed functional specification.
- Design and document processes into standard operating procedures.
- Conduct gap analysis on processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose and evaluate alternative solutions that will fulfil the business needs.
- Manage and conduct business user acceptance test includes deliver test strategy, test plan, test case and exit report.
- Work closely with partners for their campaign launch and provide support during and post implementation.
Requirements:
- Should have 5+ years of experience in Adobe campaign classic.
- 2+ years of experience in relational database and schema designing and proficiency in SQL.
- Should have 2+ years of experience in Java , Soap, and Rest APIs hands-on experience in campaign configuration, customer & recipient schema.
- Hands-on experience in technical/campaign workflows, knowledge in external account configuration, offer management, data schema, adobe configuration.
- Hands-on expertise in Soap and Rest API to interact with other upstream/downstream systems.
- Hands-on experience in building, executing, and delivering accurate audience data for assigned campaigns using Adobe campaign.
- Understanding of customer data management concepts experience with customer data privacy laws such as can-spam and TCPA compliance attend weekly status meeting with stakeholders.
- Experience in integrating Adobe campaign classic and adobe analytics platform management application installation, monthly server patching support and installing quick/hotfix work.
